Spicy pork fillets with apple scallop
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ground coriander (ketoembar), ground cumin (djinten), ground cardamom, garlic powder, garlic (squeezed), pork fillets, red pepper, green apples (Granny Smith), lemon juice, fresh ginger root and oil to grease.

In bowl, mix coriander, cumin and cardamom with garlic and pinch of pepper and salt. Carefully rub the meat patties on both sides with a seasoning mixture and leave the flavors in cool place for at least 1 hour. Cut pepper by half, remove seeds and mince pepper. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters and remove the cores. Apple slices above bowl coarsely grate. Mix in lemon juice. Peel the ginger root and grind over apples. Sprinkle apple grater with red pepper and pinch of salt. Cover with plastic wrap and put apple sambal into a refrigerator until use.

Grate the grate of barbecue with a little oil. Place pork fillets on the barbecue and roast brown and cooked for approx. 5 minutes per side. To serve apple sambal.
