A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cucumbers (coarsely grated), fresh mint (finely chopped), onion (in thin half rings), radishes (in quarters), olive oil, red wine vinegar and fillet strips (a la minute).

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the cucumber grater with salt and put in a colander.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Press the liquid out of the cucumber and mix with the radish, the onion and the mint.
  4. Mix the oil with the wine vinegar.
  5. Mix the dressing with the vegetables.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Heat a grill pan.
  8. Grill the fillet strips for 4 min.
  9. Serve with the salad.
  10. Tasty with baked potatoes..
