Fast salad niçoise
Salad of baby potatoes, artichokes, tomatoes, peppers, olives, tuna and basil.

Cook the potatoes with zest in 15 minutes until done and drain. Allow to cool slightly and halve them. Meanwhile, boil the eggs in almost 7 minutes.

Scare, peel and cut into pieces.

Cut the artichoke hearts and tomatoes into pieces and do in a large bowl. Halve the peppers and remove the seed lists.

Cut the flesh into strips. Put with the potatoes at the other vegetables in the bowl.

Drain the tuna. Divide the olives, tuna and eggs over the salad. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and sprinkle the basil over it.
