Salmon with herb crust
Salmon with a crust of garlic, lemon, parsley, panko and egg from the oven.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Press the garlic. Halve the lemon, grate the yellow skin of a lemon half and cut the other half into slices.

Slice the parsley. Mix with the garlic and 1 tbsp lemon zest per 4 people. Add and season with pepper and salt.

Split the egg and beat the protein with a whisk (the yolk is not used). Mix the protein through the parsley mixture.

Place the salmon in the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the protein mixture on it.

Fry the salmon in the middle of the oven, 15 minutes on a flat piece and 20 minutes on a thicker piece.

Take the salmon out of the oven, lay carefully on a flat dish and serve with lemon slices.
