Grilled kitten bacon with beetroot
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbled potatoes (peeled), cooked beet (a 500 g), butter, onions (chopped), bacon (about 300 g), Greek yogurt (150 g) and grated horseradish (pot) .

Cut potatoes into pieces and cook in 15-20 minutes.

Peel the beet and cut into wedges.

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry glass in 4-5 minutes.

Add the beetroot and 2-3 tablespoons of water and gently simmer beetroot for 15 minutes.

Grill pan and heat bacon on both sides for 4 min.

Golden brown and crispy grilling.

Fry in a small bowl yogurt with horseradish until sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Drain potatoes, crush and distribute over four warm plates.

Create beetroot next to it, add bacon and put horseradish yoghurt on each plate next to beets..
