Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Spread the pizza dough on the work surface. Cut an 8 cm wide strip lengthwise so that a 40 x 20 cm piece remains.

Cut this piece into 5 pieces of 20 cm long and 8 cm wide. Brush the thinly with mustard and sprinkle with parsley. Place a sausage on each dough piece lengthwise and fold the dough over it to the other side.

Press the dough around and put the packages on the baking sheet. Brush the top with some milk. Bake the sausage rolls in the middle of the oven in 15-20 minutes until golden brown and done. Let the sausage rolls cool down to lukewarm.
