Club sandwich chicken-crab-avocado
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: poultry, hearty spelled bread, chicken breast natural (slices), surimi crab salad (200 g), avocado (2 pieces), lemon (scrubbed) and chives (a 25 g).

Place 8 slices of bread with the chicken fillet. Divide the surimi crab salad over it.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and peel and cut the flesh into thin slices. Distribute over the surimi crab salad.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Slice the chives and scoop with the grater and 3 tbsp lemon juice. Distribute over the avocado.

Put 2 slices of bread on top of each other, cover with an empty slice. Make 3 more stacks. Press lightly and cut diagonally.
