Beat the flour with the milk, yeast and vanilla sugar until there are no more lumps and leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and beat it through the batter. Rest for 10 minutes again.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and brush with a little butter. Slowly pour a spoonful of batter into the pan and let it cook until bubbles appear. Turn the pancake over and fry a little brown. In a large pan you can bake 2-3 frogs at a time.
