Cut the feta or white cheese into equal cubes. Cut the crusts of two thick slices of hearty white bread and cut the bread into equal cubes.

Spoon the fetas and bread cubes with a few tablespoons of olive oil, the dried oregano and pepper.

Cut the flesh of the peppers into equal bars. Roll them up and baste them around with 8 pieces of bread and feta.

Grill the skewers for about 1 minute per side.
