Brussels sprouts with beurre noisette
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: small sprouts, thyme, chives, dill, tarragon, chervil, fresh chives (a 25 g), butter or margarine, white wine vinegar, salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Sprinkle thyme above the bowl.

Cut the rest of the herbs in a bowl.

Sprouts in pan with little water in approx.

8 minutes.

Meanwhile, slowly heat the butter in a small frying pan until the butter turns nicely light brown.

Stir in the vinegar.

From fire, stir spices through.

Pour butter mixture over sprouts and mix them together.

Season with salt and pepper..
