Directions

  1. Boil the rice and let it cool.
  2. Heat the stock and cook the chicken fillet gently in about 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan, let it cool down and cut the meat into pieces.
  3. Stir the ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast the nuts in a dry, hot frying pan.
  5. Mix the rice, chicken, celery and grapes together. Scoop the dressing lightly.
  6. Serve the salad on the lettuce and garnish with the roasted nuts.
