Heat the silver onions with the balsamic and sugar until the sugar has melted and the liquid is slightly syrupy.

Allow the onions in the syrup to cool.

Spoon the lettuce with the oil and distribute it over the plates.

Put 8 molds out of the pâté and spread them over the plates.

Divide the pickles, the chutney and the sweet outings over the plates or in small bowls and serve immediately.
