A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, roast beef (halved), horseradish (pot of 140 g), zureroom, boiled beetroot ((box 500 g) and peel removed and in small cubes).

Directions

  1. Fold the half slices of roast beef in half and roll them into florets.
  2. Stir the horseradish through the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put a roast sirloin on each spoon.
  4. Place some beetroot in the middle of each rose and garnish with a scoop of horseradish cream..
