Chicken soup with asparagus tips and watercress


A nice Chinese recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast, egg white, sesame oil, green asparagus tips, chicken broth (from tablets), dry sherry, soy sauce (light), spring onions (in pieces of 1 cm) and watercress (without stalks).

Directions

  1. Cut chicken fillet into pieces and mash in kitchen machine.
  2. Mix in the protein, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Leave chicken mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. Cut asparagus tips.
  5. Bring to a boil in a pan and stir in the sherry, soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  6. Add asparagus and spring onions and boil in 3-5 minutes.
  7. Add chicken mixture.
  8. Whisk together with whisk until the chicken mixture breaks into pieces.
  9. Soup on soft heat for 2-3 minutes simmer and season with soy sauce and pepper.
  10. Mix watercress through it..
