                                Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cut a cap from the top of the buns and roll out the buns.
 - 
                                Cut the cap into a star shape. Drizzle the rolls with water and put them in the oven for about 3 minutes.
 - 
                                Warm up the soup when you have prepared it. Stir the crème fraiche with a fork.
 - 
                                Remove the rolls from the oven and fill them carefully with the soup. Divide the crème fraîche over it and place the star covers diagonally next to it. Serve immediately.
