A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, crostini, mayonnaise, ox sausage (200 g), egg (hard-boiled), shallot (finely chopped), fresh chives (cut) and capers.

Directions

  1. Brush the crostini with mayonnaise. Remove the skin from the sausage. Cut the sausage into 8 nice equal slices and put them on the crostini. Divide the crostini over 4 plates.
  2. Peel the egg, halve the egg and flip out the yolk. Chop the egg yolk and egg white separately. Place a spoonful of finely chopped egg white, egg yolk, shallot, chives and capers on each plate separately. Grind pepper over it.
