Salad with parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: balsamic vinegar, honey, Parmesan cheese (piece), lamb's lettuce (75 g), rucola lettuce (30 g), Italian olive oil (extra virgin) and salt and freshly ground pepper.

Stir in saucepan vinegar to approx.

3 tablespoons.

Take a pan of fire and roast honey in vinegar.

Sift cheese into flinters (thin slices).

Sprinkle in bowl of lamb's lettuce, rocket and oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread salad over four plates.
