Divide the lettuce over the plates.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, halve the mozzarella balls and spread over the salad.

Fry the ham crispy in a frying pan without oil or butter.

Beat a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Squeeze the garlic and stir in the dressing.

Divide the dressing over the salad. Garnish with the ham and the Italian mix.
