Marinated mozzarella
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: mozzarella (cheese), lemon, crème fraîche, salt flakes (or coarse sea salt), freshly ground black pepper, mixed fresh herbs (eg basil, oregano and mint) and extra virgin olive oil.

Mozzarella slices and drain in sieve.

Spread out on a flat serving dish.

Lemon clean legs and peel very fine graters.

Half of lemon juice and stir juice with grater through crème fraîche.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut herbs roughly.

Spread crème fraîche over mozzarella and sprinkle with herbs.

Sprinkle the dish with olive oil and sprinkle some extra salt and pepper.
