Tompoes of mushrooms
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: puff pastry (for savory pie, chilled), egg (beaten), sesame seeds, butter, onion (finely chopped), flour, mushroom broth (from tablet), mushroom melange and fresh-leaf leaves.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the puff pastry on the baking sheet and brush the dough with egg. Cut the dough into 12 points and sprinkle the sesame seeds over it. Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake the dots in approx. 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Allow the dots on a rack to cool down and store them in a drum until use.
Melt 50 g of butter and fruit in a large frying pan and the onion for about 3 minutes. Stir in the flour and fry the flour for 3 minutes on a very gentle heat. Add half of the stock and bring everything to the boil. Now stir everything into a smooth sauce. Add the rest of the stock, bring it back to the boil and stir everything into a smooth sauce. Allow the sauce to cook very gently for about 15 minutes. Stir the sauce regularly well.
In the meantime, heat the remaining butter and fry the mushrooms over medium heat until golden brown. Add the thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mushrooms through the ragout and gently heat for 1 minute.
Place a small piece of puff pastry on 4 plates and scoop out a little bit of ragout. Then add another point and divide the last ragout about it. Finish with the last item of puff pastry and serve immediately.
