Directions

  1. Place the salad along the edge of the plates. In the middle of the plate, keep an opening for the camembert.
  2. Put 4 bowls or deep plates ready. Fill the bowls with milk, flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs respectively.
  3. Remove the camembert from the packaging and cut the cheese into the desired number of points.
  4. Heat a layer of oil in a frying pan. Roll each item of camembert first through the milk, then through the flour, then through egg and finally through the breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the breaded Camembert on all sides in a few minutes until it is light brown and crunchy. Place the camembert on kitchen paper.
  6. Divide the cheese points over the plates and sprinkle with a little parsley. Spoon a spoonful of blueberry jam over each item of cheese.
