Pate-filled onions
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, large onions, Ardennes pâté and dried sage.

Preheat oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3. Cook onions with peel on grid, above drip tray, in the middle of oven in approx. 1 hour. Allow onions to cool down slightly. Cut caps of onions with carrot knife. Drizzle onions with a knife to approx. 1 cm from the wall. Peel onion pulp, mix with sage and pepper with pâté. Fill onions with pâté mixture, cover with cap.

Heat up onions in oven in about 10 minutes. Delicious with red cabbage stew. As a main course delicious with cranberry compote and potato croquettes.
