Directions

  1. Mix the cashew nuts through the dressing. Heat the tortillas covered for 2 minutes at 800 watts in the microwave or in a hot frying pan, so that they become more supple.
  2. Brush the tortillas with the cream cheese. Cut the pineapple cubes a little smaller and spread them over the cream cheese.
