Chicken wrap with honey-nut dressing
Mix the cashew nuts through the dressing. Heat the tortillas covered for 2 minutes at 800 watts in the microwave or in a hot frying pan, so that they become more supple.
Brush the tortillas with the cream cheese. Cut the pineapple cubes a little smaller and spread them over the cream cheese.
Put the lettuce on top and sprinkle with half of the dressing.
Put the chicken fillet on and spread the rest of the dressing over it.
Roll up the wraps tightly and cut them in half. For example, serve the chicken wraps in a glass.
