Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Split the eggs.
  3. Press the orange.
  4. Make the almonds with a fork in a bowl.
  5. Stir the food with orange juice and egg yolks into a creamy mixture.
  6. Stir in the coconut too.
  7. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites very stiffly and scoop them with a spatula through the coconut mixture.
  8. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and form round cakes of 1 cm thick.
  9. Place the cakes on the baking tray and ensure a distance of at least 4 cm between the cakes.
  10. Fry the coconut cookies in the middle of the oven in 12-15 minutes until golden brown and done.
  11. Let them cool on the baking sheet.
