Spinach salad with cucumber


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: eggs, cucumber, white-casino bread (without crust), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), white wine vinegar, honey and fresh spinach (300 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes.
  2. Let them scare under cold water, peel them and halve in length.
  3. Cut the cucumber with a cheese slicer into long ribbons.
  4. Cut slices of bread into bars of 1 cm.
  5. Heat 3 tbsp oil.
  6. Fry the bread together with the garlic, shoving for 4 minutes.
  7. Drain on kitchen paper.
  8. Mix the rest of the oil with wine vinegar, honey and pepper and salt to taste.
  9. Mix the spinach with the cucumber and the dressing.
  10. Divide the bread rolls and eggs..
