Iceberg lettuce, fennel, celery, apple, mustard, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt and fennel seed.

Directions

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce and fennel bulb into thin strips and the celery and apples into thin strips (julienne).
  2. Put the cut vegetables and apple in a bowl.
  3. Mix the mustard, mayonnaise, yogurt and fennel seed in a small bowl into a dressing. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Add to the iceberg salad and scoop.
