Wraps of the grill with zucchini, onion rings and melted goat's cheese.

Cut the goat's cheese and zucchini into thin slices. Cut the red onion into thin rings. Chop the coriander coarsely.

Place the tortillas on the work surface and spread the slices of goat's cheese, zucchini and onion rings over the bottom half.

Sprinkle the coriander over it and fold the tortillas close.

Brush the outside of the tortillas thinly with oil. Place the wraps on the grill dish and roast them in 4-5 min. Crunchy and brown. Turn halfway.
