Finely chop the basil.

Clean half of the oranges and grate the orange skin thinly.

Squeeze all oranges.

Boil the juice with the grater in a saucepan over medium-high heat until there are 3-4 tablespoons left.

Allow the juice to cool.

First pour the juice and then with the oil through a funnel in the bottle.

Add the mustard and the basil with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
-
Close the bottle and shake well until the juice and walnut oil are mixed into a nicely bonded dressing.

You can also add the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk to a dressing.
