Directions

  1. Finely chop the basil.
  2. Clean half of the oranges and grate the orange skin thinly.
  3. Squeeze all oranges.
  4. Boil the juice with the grater in a saucepan over medium-high heat until there are 3-4 tablespoons left.
  5. Allow the juice to cool.
  6. First pour the juice and then with the oil through a funnel in the bottle.
  7. Add the mustard and the basil with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  8. Close the bottle and shake well until the juice and walnut oil are mixed into a nicely bonded dressing.
  9. You can also add the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk to a dressing.
