Filo pastry tarts with mushrooms, grapes and cheese
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: filo pastry (frozen), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), seasonal mushrooms ((a 150 g), in pieces), red grapes (halved), white cheese cubes ((a 200 g), crumbled), crème fraîche (125 ml), egg, butter (melted), chives ((box 25 g) and chopped pair).

Ingredients
- 4 sheets filo pastry freezer
- 2 el olive oil
- 2 toes garlic finely chopped
- 2 dishes mushrooms seasonal melange (a 150 g), in pieces
- 16 red grapes halved
- Package white cheese cubes (a 200 g), crumbled
- 1 cup creme fraiche 125 ml
- 1 egg
- 25 g butter molten
- Rods chives (box 25 g), finely chopped pair

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Let the filo pastry thaw.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the garlic for 30 seconds.

Add the mushrooms and fry while stirring for 3-4 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the pan from the heat.

Mix the grapes with the mushrooms.

In a separate bowl, mix the cheese with the crème fraîche.

Split the egg, beat the yolk with a fork and add pepper to the cheese mixture with a knife tip.

Fold the filo pastry open and cut into 3 equal pieces.

Brush the top piece thinly with butter and place the greased side down in the dishes.

Brush the rest of the sheets one by one with butter.

Cover each dish with 3 pieces of dough, so that the whole dish is covered.

Brush the overhanging edges with butter.
-
Spread the mushroom mixture over the dishes.
-
Scoop the cheese mixture on it.
-
Bake the tarts in 20-25 minutes until done and golden brown in the oven.
