Steak tartar of beef sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, beef sausage (210 g), parsley ((a 30 g), finely chopped), shallots (very finely chopped), sweet-sour pickles ((340 g), in small blocks), capers (pot 100 g), mayonnaise and sharp mustard (jar 215 g).

Cut the beef sausage into thick slices and spread them over 4 plates. On each plate, spread the parsley, shallot, pickle and capers in small portions around it.

Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard and a teaspoon of the vinegar from the jar of capers. Serve the mustard mayonnaise with the 'steak tartar'. Tasty with toasted white bread.
