Steak tartar of beef sausage


A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, beef sausage (210 g), parsley ((a 30 g), finely chopped), shallots (very finely chopped), sweet-sour pickles ((340 g), in small blocks), capers (pot 100 g), mayonnaise and sharp mustard (jar 215 g).

Directions

  1. Cut the beef sausage into thick slices and spread them over 4 plates. On each plate, spread the parsley, shallot, pickle and capers in small portions around it.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard and a teaspoon of the vinegar from the jar of capers. Serve the mustard mayonnaise with the 'steak tartar'. Tasty with toasted white bread.
