Mix the fish pieces with the egg, the mustard, flour, salt and pepper. Form citizens and put them in the fridge.

Cook the waspene al dente in about 15 minutes. Grate 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and squeeze out the fruit.

Cook the spaghetti al dente.

Heat the oil and fry the fish burgers golden brown and cooked in about 8 minutes. Remove them from the pan.

Add lemon zest and juice to the shortening. Put half of the spring onion and the spaghetti through.

Serve the pasta with the fish burgers and carrot. Sprinkle with the rest of the spring onion.
