Fish dish with beetroot
Saithe fillet from the oven with boiled beets and potato slices.

Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.

Grease the oven dish. Cut the beets into slices. Divide the tiles over the bottom of the greased oven dish.

Put the frozen fish fillets on it. Chop the onion and sprinkle the fish with the onion. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the crème fraîche over it and sprinkle with the dill.

Cover the dish with the potato slices and sprinkle with the rest of the dill.

Divide the butter into small flakes over it. Bake the fish dish in the middle of the hot oven in approx. 35 min. Until golden brown and done.
