Break the spaghetti into pieces in pieces of about 5 cm. Boil the spaghetti in water with salt until al dente.

Cut the pancetta and spring onions fine and crush the garlic.

Cut the celery into bows.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic, pancetta, spring onion and celery for 5 minutes.

Add the peas and let them cook gently. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta, pick up some of the cooking liquid and put it in the peas. Add the pasta as well. Leave the pan on low heat for 2 minutes.

Cut the parsley fine and sprinkle the pasta with it. Sprinkle with the extra virgin olive oil. Bon appétit! .
