Chicken with a sauce of white wine vinegar
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken, oil, butter, white wine vinegar, dry white wine and flour.

Sprinkle chicken bolts with salt.

Oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan.

Chicken on this.

Add half of vinegar and place lid on pan.

Allow chicken bolts to cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes.

Note: ventilate the kitchen well, because vinegar vapor has a burning effect on the throat and eyes! Remove chicken from pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Pour the rest of vinegar with wine into a pan.

Bring to the boil completely and stir with a wooden spoon.

Sprinkle with fork flour through the rest of butter (cooks call this mixture 'beurre manié').

Mix in pan and keep stirring until sauce is smooth and lightly bound.

Put the chicken bolts back in the pan and continue to heat them up..
