Root stew with Greek citizens
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potato slices (700 g), stew vegetables (a 500 g), garlic, fresh parsley (30 g), butter or margarine, Greek burgers (bowl 2 pieces, a ca. 100 g), milk and almond shavings ( 45 g).

In a large pan, arrange potato slices and stew vegetables with a little water and bring to the boil.

Cook with a lid on the pan in approx.

20 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel garlic and finely chop.

Parsley finely cut.

Heat butter in frying pan and fry the burgers in about 5 minutes.

Drain potatoes and vegetables and crush with milk.

Stir in garlic and parsley.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with almond shavings and serve with burgers..
