Mix the yogurt with the garlic, lemon juice and herbs. Put the chicken strips through and leave to marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Put the chicken in an oven dish and fry the meat in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Brush half of the flatbread on one side with crème fraîche. Divide the onion rings and coriander over them. Place the chicken on top and cover with the rest of the flat bread.

Heat a grill pan and grill the toasted sandwich on both sides.
