Mix the yogurt with the garlic, lemon juice and herbs. Put the chicken strips through and leave to marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Put the chicken in an oven dish and fry the meat in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes.
