Ravioli with tomato-olives butter

A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fresh ravioli with 4 cheeses, salted butter, tomato (dried on oil, very finely chopped), black olives (without pit, very finely chopped) and crushed chilli (mill).

Directions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, put the butter, tomato and olives in a small saucepan and let the butter melt over a very soft heat. Let the butter pull for a moment. Add some chili pepper to taste.
  3. Carefully shovel the ravioli with a slotted spoon and put them in a colander.
  4. Then divide them over amuse spoons or Chinese tablespoons and scoop some of the butter. Serve immediately.
