Spareribs with roquefort salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spareribs (sweet chili), A-parts (Tuscan, a 425 g), nectarines, (white wine) vinegar, mustard, garlic, rocket salad (75 g), iceberg lettuce with frisée (200 g), roquefort (cheese and ca. 140 g).
Prepare spare ribs according to the instructions for use.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes for 10-12 minutes.
Wash and cut the nectarines into slices.
Stir in vinegar, remaining oil, mustard, salt and pepper dressing.
Spread the garlic on top and mix well.
Arrange lettuce and nectarine, arrange dressing over it and crumble cheese on top.
Serve with spareribs and fried potato wedges..
