Boil the rice in the broth according to the instructions on the packaging. Chop the onion. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into pieces.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken breast in a light brown for 3 minutes. Cook the green beans 6-8 minutes in a little water and drain.

Add the onion to the chicken and cook for 1 min. Spoon the apple through the chicken and cook for 1 min. Spoon the rice through the chicken and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the curry sauce according to the instructions on the package. Serve the rice mixture with the green beans and curry sauce.
