Italian Tagliattelle with bacon cubes, zucchini and mascarpone.

Directions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package. Bake the bacon cubes in a frying pan. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Clean the zucchini and cut into cubes. Add the onion and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mascarpone and warm it. Season the sauce with pepper and salt. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. Spread the sauce and tagliatelle over the plates and sprinkle with parsley.
