Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package. Bake the bacon cubes in a frying pan. Peel and chop the onion.

Clean the zucchini and cut into cubes. Add the onion and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in the mascarpone and warm it. Season the sauce with pepper and salt. Finely chop the parsley.

Spread the sauce and tagliatelle over the plates and sprinkle with parsley.
