Beef teriyaki with sesame broccoli

Bring the sherry to a boil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce and honey from the heat. Set aside.

Meanwhile cut the florets of the broccoli. Cook the florets 4 min. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the sesame seeds in 1 min. Golden brown.

Squeeze out the lime. Mix the lime juice with the sesame oil and add the rest of the soy sauce and sesame seed plus oil. Spoon through the broccoli and season with salt and salt.

Heat the rest of the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks for 5 minutes. Turn halfway. Turn off the heat. Add the sherry sauce and roll the steaks through it.

Leave to rest for 2-3 minutes in the pan. Cut the meat into slices, scoop the sherry sauce and serve with the broccoli. Tasty with noodles.
