Lasagna salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fresh basil ((15 g), only the leaves), garlic (pressed), olive oil, salt, vine tomatoes (in slices), mozzarella (maxi (cheese, a 200 g), in thin slices) , lasagne sheets (250 g), arugula (lettuce and 75 g).

Make in a large bowl a marinade of the basil, the garlic, 6 tbsp oil and the salt. Add the tomatoes and mozzarella and scoop.

Bring a pan of water with salt and 1 tbsp oil to the boil and cook the lasagne sheets in 8 min. Until al dente. Drain.

Place 4 lasagne sheets on 4 plates and cover with tomato and mozzarella. Put some arugula on it and cover with 1 lasagne. Make 2 more layers, finish with a lasagne. Spoon the remaining marinade over the lasagne. Tasty with shaved Parmesan cheese.
