Scallops and zucchini


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, zucchini (halved in length), red pepper (seed strips removed), fresh ginger (peeled), garlic (finely chopped), soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), oyster sauce (bottle 250 ml), olive oil , scallops ((300 g), defrosted), coriander ((15 g) and chopped).

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Cut the zucchini into slices of 1 cm and boil for 2 minutes in water with salt. Drain and let cool.
  2. Cut the red pepper into thin strips. Cut the ginger as finely as possible. Mix the red pepper with the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce and oil.
  3. Dab the scallops dry with paper towels. Baste them alternately with the zucchini on the satéprikkers. Pour the sauce over it and cover until use.
  4. Grill the skewers in 3-4 minutes. Times regularly. You can also bake them in a grill pan for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with the coriander. Tasty with noodle salad and broccoli.
