Boil the carrots with the peas in 10-12 min. Until cooked, drain and rinse. Allow to cool. Cut the spring onion into rings.

Mix the crayfish with the mussels, shrimp, half of the spring onions and the cocktail sauce.

Mix the potato salad with the carrot and peas and the rest of the spring onions. Divide the lettuce over a large dish.

Spoon the potato fish salad side by side in a nice way (for example in stripes or in bulbs).
