Fish platter, fries and coleslaw
A nice Greek recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, oven fries (1 kg, frozen), white cabbage (300 g, organic), olive oil, white wine vinegar, coal fish fillet ((bag 750 g, frozen), thawed), zucchini (diced), red onions (in parts) and dried oregano.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Fry the French fries in about 20 minutes according to the instructions on the package until golden brown and crispy. Mix the white cabbage with 2 tbsp oil, the vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the fish into cubes. Mix with the rest of the oil, zucchini, onion, oregano and pepper and salt to taste. Place the fish and vegetables on the skewers.

Heat the grill pan and grill the souvlaki for about 6 minutes until done.

Divide the souvlaki over 4 plates and add the coleslaw. Serve with the fries. Delicious with tzatziki (Greek yoghurt sauce).
