Boil the fish fillet in plenty of water with the stock cube until the fish is tender.

Slice the onion and fry it for about 10 minutes in a saucepan.

Add the flour and stir in the butter with onion until it becomes a granular mixture.

Slowly add as much fish stock until a smooth mass is formed.

Add the fish and shrimp and season with pepper and parsley.

Finally, add the creme fraiche.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Stir in a knob of butter and fill the rice border.

Put the rim on a plate and fill it with the fish ragout.

Serve with a fresh cucumber / tomato salad.
