Sajur of carrot, cabbage and pork
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, yellow rice (275 g), hamlaps (diced), oil, onions (coarsely chopped), boemboe (for sajur vegetables (100 g)), coconut milk (400 ml), winter roots (in slices) and Chinese cabbage (coarsely cut).

Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packaging, pour and collect the cooking water. Dab the ham pieces dry with kitchen paper and scoop in a bowl with pepper.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the ham pieces in 5 min. Golden brown. Add the onions and stir fry for another 3 minutes. Add the boemboe, the coconut milk, the carrots, the Chinese cabbages and 150 ml of boiling water from the rice and bring to the boil while stirring. Turn down the heat, put a lid on the wok and cook for 10 min.

Serve the sajur with the rice.
