Spicy chops with tomato and dried apricots

Squeeze the garlic cloves over a bowl and stir in spicy and mild paprika, cinnamon and some salt and freshly ground black pepper. Rub the pork chops generously with this mixture. And chop the tomatoes into pieces.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the pork chops in 6 minutes - brown on both sides for 3 minutes. Divide the tomatoes, apricots and oregano around them and simmer for 20 minutes until the pork chops are cooked and in a nice sauce. Turn the pork chops into the sauce from time to time. Delicious with couscous and spitskola salad.
