Chicken with Chinese stir-fry mix, zucchini, coconut milk and brown rice.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into strips. Sprinkle the chicken with the curry powder and scoop. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken 2 min. Add the coconut milk and bring to the boil.
  4. Spoon the chicken and coconut milk in a bowl and make the wokskenschoon. Cut the zucchini into half slices.
  5. Heat the oil and fry the zucchini for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the stir-fry mix and cook for another 2 minutes. Scoop the chicken and coconut milk back into the woks for another 4 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the rice.
