Redfish fillet with olive zucchini wok
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, courgettes, garlic, redfish fillet, olive oil and marinated cooking olives (for wok dishes (150 g)).

Boil rice according to directions on the package.

Meanwhile, clean the courgettes and cut into half slices.

Garlic peeling and pressing.

Cut fish into 4 equal pieces.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.

Carefully fry the fish fillet in about 5 minutes on both sides.

Oil of olive heating in wok.

In it, olives and zucchini 5 minutes stir-fry.

If necessary, further season with some salt and pepper.

Season rice with olive oil, garlic and taste some salt and pepper.
